Loft Conversion Steel Beams

End Plate Splice
This method is used mainly in Lofts to allow the builder to get the steels in loft and then bolt together. This is 20mm plate welded with 6mm asnd has 6 no M16 bolts.
Gallow Brackets - Standard/Croydon Spec
Beams with Plates welded Offset for brickwork & Cavity
These Beams are designed to take the wall and then allow you to cover the cavity and the brick up one side with the extended plate usually 100mm.
Beams With Plates welded Centrally On the top flange
These beams are designed to support the wall above with an extended plate at the top welded centrally usually 250mm, 275mm, 300mm, overall

We have ready to go bags of steel packers with at least stack able height of 150mm in various thicknesses 6mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm, and these can be dispatched to your project address
Fabrication Packages
If you require some fabrication on the project and steels you are about to order we have a grade system Bronze, Silver, Gold. So example if you require holes in webs this would be bronze.

We Can Do A Site Survey
We understand that some projects can be frustrating and very complex, so that's why we offer a site survey. We can arrange a well trained site survey person to you on a prearranged time chosen by you who will go through your project details and measure the whole project for you. He will then produce a detailed drawings that then can be transformed into fabrication drawings for the works. All this is done from us and does require a small fee.
We Can Arrange Galvanizing
We can handle all your Galvanizing needs, we have excellent connections with all the local Galvanizers. They visit us on a weekly basis to collect materials for Galvanizing and as we are exceliant customers we can get the best deals and this means we can pass this on to you in your price. We can deliver the steels also in there Galvanized finish.
We Have Great Stock Levels
We understand that you have a time limit on your projects and having the steel on time everytime is important. The steel is vital for the building work to continue, so we have made sure that stock for the materials needed is checked and arranged so that we have the materials needed.
We can Powder Coat
We can handle all your Powder Coating needs, we have excellent connections with all the local Powder Coaters. They visit us on a weekly basis to collect materials for Powder and as we are exceliant customers we can get the best deals and this means we can pass this on to you in your price. We can deliver the steels also in there powder coated finish.
